The Sandre Verniciatura started to be operative from 1976 and is today located in an area of c/a 3000 m2. Today it is a successful company mainly as components producer of just-in-time for lacquering of doors and panels components supplied for high level furniture.
Usually the pieces are automatically sanded and then manually varnished.Following the panels are polished and varnished in a technological bypass line in way to give them the high gloss finishing up to 99%.
Entry Warehouse
The materials arriving is temporary left in the warehouse area. here the phase of the sorting by order number and color.
Raw material
The material which arrives raw MDF is temporary divided from the other material arrived already polished for the application of the base. when the base is dried the material is put together with the other to be sanded and lacquered.
